Admission Rules

  • Admission in each degree course of the college will be done on the basis of university level online registration system.
  • Once a student has obtained a bachelor's degree, he will not be eligible to obtain a bachelor's degree again in any discipline from this University.
  • Students who have passed Adeeb / Adeeb-e-Mahir Adeeb-e-Kamil Fazil will be eligible for graduation only after (10+2) and (10+2+3) for admission to Masters.
  • For admission in all the subjects of postgraduate level, the minimum educational qualification is to pass the graduation level examination with 45 percent marks. But there will be no compulsion of 45 percent marks for SC/ST candidates. That means 5 percent of the recipients will be exempted.
  • The student who promotes any kind of violence, ragging or creating an abusive environment towards the college authorities, teachers/non-teaching staff and classmates of the college, his/her admission will be canceled and will not be given admission in future.
  • B.S.-C. (Agriculture) will be on the basis of merit. Intermediate or Intermediate Biology (Biogroup) with Agriculture will be the minimum qualification. Such applicants who have passed Intermediate Science (Mathematics Group) will also be considered for their admission. But his merit will be calculated by deducting 5 percent marks from his merit list. This condition of Mathematics subject will also apply to individual students.
  • Students who have passed the Abeeb Kamil examination from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh can apply for this Shall not be eligible for admission to any course of the University / College.
  • The students who have done U.P. Intermediate from any other Board recognized by the Board and University. If they have passed the examination then they will be allowed admission in graduation classes.
  • U.P. The Uttar Madhyamik Examination, conducted by the Board of Secondary Culture Education, Sanskrit Bhavan, Lucknow, will be considered as equivalent to Intermediate and will be considered eligible for admission in graduation.
  • The admission of any student will be canceled by the college, if he/she does not cooperate with the college in completing the process of his/her admission, fees, examination form etc., following the dates declared by the university, the responsibility of which will be on the student himself.
  • It will be the responsibility of the student and the student to know and comply with the rules declared by the college, failing which the college is free to take any punitive action and the responsibility of which will also be of the student.
  • Every student of the college is given an identity card at the time of admission. Students should keep it safely with them, so that they can show it when required. Duplicate copy of the identity card can be obtained from the office only in special circumstances. It is necessary to make the identity card within a week of taking admission, otherwise admission in the college will not be given.
  • Three year courses BA, B.Sc. Math / Bio can be completed in a maximum of six years. Four year course B.Sc. (Ag.) can be completed in a maximum of 8 years and the postgraduate two-year course can be completed in a maximum of four years.
